Face On Me is run by the Operator of faceonme.com. This policy explains what we collect. The Service Agreement controls use of the product. Videos you record stay on your device. We do not upload your takes to our servers.
What we collect
Account data if you sign in (name, email, provider id). Membership and Stripe customer/subscription ids if you pay. Device and visit data for the owner desk: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser, device, language, timezone, screen size, pages, time on site, and taps. Camera and microphone streams are processed in your browser to render looks. We do not sell your personal information. We do not save your videos.
Why
To run the Service, charge membership, prevent abuse, and let the Operator see traffic. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required. Stripe, Google, and X process data under their own policies when you use them.
Retention
Visit logs and account records are kept as needed to operate Face On Me and comply with law. Recorded videos are not stored on our servers. You may request deletion of your account data through the contact path on faceonme.com, subject to legal holds and payment records.
Your choices
You can refuse the camera or mic in the browser. You can close your account. Some analytics are required for the owner desk while you use the site. Do not use Face On Me if you do not want your IP and device data logged.
